I am very proud of my customer relationships and offer my customers these reassurances:
Do the cards include a verse or greeting ?
There are no verses included in my cards. If you require a special verse I can forwarded a selection upon request.
Paying online ?
My online shop can process secure payments using PayPal to (orders@cardsbymaryann.com).
Alternatively you can pay via a cheque or postal-order made payable to Miss M Warner. Contact me for my address.
Delivery ?
All cards will be posted with 48 hours of payment received and confirmed by email.
Standard delivery is included in the price, via First Class Royal Mail for all UK deliveries. When ordering from abroad please ask for delivery quotation.
How big are the cards ?
Standard card sizes is A6 (approximately 104 mm by 152 mm / 41/8” by 6” ) unless requested otherwise.
Returns procedure ?
If you are not entirely satisfied with your commissioned purchase, please return the undamaged card(s) within 7 days of receipt.
When returning goods please ensure you obtain proof of posting from your post office as I cannot be held responsible for goods which do not arrive.
